ACH Deposits
ACH transactions are either settled or returned one at a time. There is no daily group settlement that is required as with credit cards.
Every day at 10:15 am the Easy Pay system gets updates on every ACH transaction that was posted and not yet settled. The database is then updated with the new status. When 
is selected in the Bank Deposit screen, these new statuses are downloaded into the Oscar Orion database.

If they are returned, they cannot be deposited to the bank. Since an ACH transaction can take up to 5 days to settle or return, this necessitated a change to the Bank Deposit screen.
In the Bank Deposit screen, select to display the undeposited items.
