Activity Assignee(s)
When creating an Activity, an assignee may be selected. The Assignees are selected from the Task Assignee list. This list can be found under Tasks > Task Assignees.
Create a Sales Grouping Header on the Task Assignees list. Add all users who are designated as “Sales associates” to this group.
