Average Rate
Upon exiting the Multiple Rent Rates screen, the weighted average Rate will be listed in the Rate box. The Rate is not editable in this box anymore. Rent changes are maintained in the Multiple Rent Rates screen going forward for this Reservation.
Weighted Average Rate is based on each rate x number days, added together and divided by the total number of BILLED days. This is not the same as ADR for the Reservation as this would take the total rent revenue divided by the number of occupied days.
Split Ledger lines are created on the Resident Ledger for each new rate and as usual for the rent end period splits. Split ledger lines are also created when a tax profile changes during the stay.
