Calc Rent Expense
Using the Rate and the Charge Start and Charge End dates within the reporting period, this column will display the total amount of rent due for the selected period for this Unit Direct Cost line. If multiple Unit Direct Cost lines have been added due to rate changes, all Unit Direct Cost lines will be returned on the report that fall within the reporting period.
This will always be reported as the same currency entered unless the option “Convert to Base Currency” is enabled on the report. If “Convert to Base Currency” is enabled, this will be the Rate times the CURRENT exchange rate for the associated currency.
