Charge Start / Charge End
Both of these dates work in conjunction with each other. If there is no Unit Direct Cost that contains service days that fall within the reporting period, then both the Charge Start and Charge End will remain blank and the Rate column will display “**” indicating no Unit Direct Cost.
“**” will only be displayed when there are 0 total contracts and 0 Unit Direct Costs OR if there is a contract that contains days that fall within the reporting period and there are no Unit Direct Costs that contain service days that fall within the reporting period.
There will never be an instance where one field is populated and the other is not.
