Creating Zero Balances
To create zero balances, use the following two adjustments;

For Reservations that have a positive balance, create a negative “Transfer Adjustment” Other Charge on the Resident Ledger.

For Reservations that have a negative balance, create a positive “Transfer Adjustment” Other Charge on the Resident Ledger.
