Email Templates
An Email Template is selected when sending Sourcing Options to a lead. Since the application allows for multiple Email Templates, they may be Client specific, or Company specific.
A default template is loaded by Software Answers which may be edited if necessary. The Email Template must be in HTML as the Lead is required to click a hyperlink which opens the Sourcing Options being presented.
Go to Operations > Sourcing Options Dashboard > Email Templates
