Import Requirements
For the Import feature to work, please pay close attention to the following;
· First Name and Last Name columns can only contain one (1) name. Do not include middle initials or names as this will import incorrectly into the First Name and Last Name data fields.
· Address (line 1) should NOT contain the suite number
· Address (line 2) is the field for the suite number
· Telephone Numbers must contain either a hyphen or a period only
· If the Telephone Number contains an extension, this must be separated be two spaces after the number and an X, then the extension number. 999-999-9999 X100
To import Prospects from an Excel database the columns must be in the following order:
