Lease Start / Lease End
Both of these dates work in conjunction with each other. If there is no contract that contains days that fall within the reporting period, then both the Lease Start and Lease End will remain blank and report “NO CONTRACT”.
“NO CONTRACT” will only be displayed when there are 0 total contracts and 0 Unit Direct Costs OR if there are Unit Direct Costs that contain service dates that fall within the reporting period and there are no contracts that contain days that fall within the reporting period.
There will never be an instance where one field is populated and the other is not.
