This is the Calc Rent Expense subtract the Posted amount. Variances will be displayed in this column based on unposted or over-posted rent expenses. If negative values are shown in this column, this typically indicates that more Unit Rent was posted than was expected to post.
Since the exchange rate is used from two different places, variances could occur between the Calc Rent Expense and the Posted amounts. It is recommended that the “Convert to Base Currency” option is not used to determine if the complete rent was posted. Use the option “Convert to Base Currency” to determine the total spend in base currency for Rent.
