Priority Reservations
Priority Reservations allow booking Reservations into virtual units. To utilize this feature, a separate license must be purchased for Priority Units.
To ensure that Priority Reservations make the transition to an actual unit, these reservations are given "priority" status on the schedule board. Users are able to immediately see them and recognize that they require further processing.
Leads may be booked directly into a Priority Unit, or a Reservation may be changed into a Priority Reservation.
