Take the time to view the details on each reservation reported by clicking
. Go to the resident ledger and view the “Charge Definitions”. We have seen instances where an instance is duplicated. Check the resident ledger activity to see if the charge appears as defined in the Charge Definition.
Or, delete the duplicated Charge Definition from the ledger, or delete the reported line on the Audit grid by selecting the line and clicking
from the upper right of the screen.
If a Charge Definition does not appear on the ledger and you need it to appear so that an invoice can be generated, select the line on the Audit Grid and select

Note: After modifying a charge definition, view the reservation to audit that the result is what you expected. Both modifying and deleting will remove the detail lines from the grid. Generating charge lines will remove them from the grid as well.
