Report
The Property Security Deposits Report can be found under Accounts Payable > Reporting > Property Security Deposits. The Report displays amounts of deposits due to the Company from Properties/Complexes, as well as the lease end date from the contract. Select a specific Security Deposit Account number. Filter by the Profit Center, Vendor, Unit and property.
Use the Maximum Lease End Dates Through option to receive a list of Security Deposits due back from Properties.
If a Maximum Lease End Date is not selected, all outstanding Property Security Deposits will be returned.
