Required Accounts
These accounts are reviewed and set during configuration and training sessions. These default settings enable automatic functions to work correctly in the software, therefore the posting of Journal Entries is not recommended. Most of the examples below, unless additional instructions are available, are to be viewed as examples only. Users who perform journal entries to these accounts need to understand that in many instances reverse journal entries must be made to facilitate accurate financial reporting. Alterations should only be made with the Software Answers consultant at the time of training. Alterations required later should only be made after contacting Software Answers.
