Service Stop Order Dates
Your database has existed for several years and you have decided to use the module to record dates for service orders. Today is April 30th and there are not any new units to order services for, however, the Unit Lease Expiration Report states that Notice to Vacate has been given on 6 units for various lease contact end dates between today and August 30th.
Use the “Status” filter – Service Stop between 04/30/2025 and 08/30/2025. This filter set will retrieve units that need service disconnects or pickups whose lease end dates fall between the dates selected.
