There are monthly rent rates

AND one or more of those monthly rates have bill from and bill thru dates that encompass the entire month
AND the prorate setting is Rate/30 and the month is not a 30 day month OR the prorate setting is Rate x 12 / 365

If the Calculated Rent from the Rent Reconciliation does not match the Rent Rev from the Daily Stats, a note is displayed:

Due to prorating of monthly rent, the Calculated Rent is lower (or higher) than the Daily Stats Rent Revenue by (an amount).

Note: the Calculated Rent from the Rent Reconciliation is a more accurate figure.
