UDC Owner Unit Lines
Owner Rent - Add a single UDC Owner line for the Owner Unit. This UDC line is required.
Service type - Select “Owner”.
Vendor - Select the Owner Vendor.
Amount - This amount should be the net that will typically be paid to the Owner. This amount may be changed on the Batch Posting process if adjustments need to be made.
On posting Owner Rent payables, the Owner Liability will be reduced.
