Work Order Module
The Work Order Module allows Oscar Orion users to create detailed Work Orders. Work Orders may be created for maintenance issues, work orders or any other items that need to be tracked for Reservations, Units and Properties.
Work Orders are labeled numerically and when actions occur, they are time and date stamped. This allows detailed tracking of Work Orders and the ability to report on how long it took to complete the Work Order. When Work Orders are created, canceled and completed, emails are automatically sent which contain Work Order information. If Work Orders are not completed in a timely manner, they are escalated to a different user until they are marked as completed or Canceled.
