Batch Invoicing Routine

Period
Defaults to Current Period

Posting Date
The Posting Date defaults to Today’s Date (system date)

Up To Date
Defaults to the last date in the period selected, unless user changes.
All un-invoiced resident ledger lines for the remaining filters selected will be invoiced.

Due Date
Automatic will use the “Invoices Due In” field; Settings / Market Setup or from the “Set Invoice due days default” from the Corporate Client record. Invoices are grouped on the A/R Aging Report based on the Invoice Due Date.  This date may be manually overwritten prior to posting the batch.

Invoice amounts are aged from the current or most recent “from” date, plus the number of days saved in the Market settings/or Corporate Client “Set Invoice due days default” setting.  Example: Invoiced 05/13/09, Market invoiced due setting is 15 days, the invoice contains rent from 05/10/09 and a Pet Fee charge line with a “from” date of 05/05/09.  The due date is 05/25/09; calculates on the 5/10/09 from date.

Due Date calculations are based on one of the following two scenarios:
Ledger contains more than one charge line with different “from” dates Due Date Formula
Current or most recent “from” charge line date + number of days in settings field = Due Date

Ledger contains one charge line Due Date Formula
“From” charge line date + number of days in settings field = Due Date
