Linked Ledgers
Linked Ledgers enables the User to view multiple “linked” main resident ledgers at the same time and drill-down to included records. From a Reservation, select "Linked Ledgers" from the top menu.
Ledgers are considered to be linked in the following situations:
· They are on the same reservation (multiple tenants)
· They are on different reservations that are part of the same multi-reservation tenancy (Transfer Reservations)
· They are on reservations that are in the same unit where:
-There is a reservation in the main unit (master reservation)
-There is a reservation in one or more of the main unit’s subunits, AND those reservations have an arrival date that is on or after the arrival date of the master reservation but before the departure date of the master reservation
