Criteria for Inclusion
On opening the screen, the system will populate the grid for all charge definitions that meet the following criteria:
Criteria for inclusion
A charge definition is considered to have missing resident ledger lines if the following criteria are met:

The rate does not equal 0

The rate type does not equal P

There is a non-null billing frequency string

The charge is for a reservation that is booked and not cancelled

The resident ledger charge type is Rent or Other
·The calculated bill to date for the charge is greater than the maximum end date for the charge in the resident ledger
-OR-
·The calculated bill from date for the charge (including the start adjustment) is less than the minimum start date for the charge in the resident ledger
This will return only those charges where the charge bill from / bill to dates are not completely covered in the resident ledger charge instances.
