Other Modifications
· Generation of resident ledger lines must now be done per charge definition. It may no longer be done for a multi-selected set of charge definitions.
· The charge definition has a rate greater than zero
· The charge definition is associated with a reservation that is booked and not cancelled
· The charge definition has a calculated bill-from date that is less than or equal to the calculated bill-to date
· The charge definition calculated bill-from date is less than the calculated bill-to date UNLESS:
The default prorate type is “Day” and the charge rate type is NOT “nightly”
-OR-
The default prorate type is “Night” and the charge rate type is “daily”
· There is no instance of the charge definition in the resident ledger table
Note that a charge definition may contain an invalid date, which is a date that is before 01/01/2000 or after 01/01/2100. Problem dates will appear as 01/01/1900 in the “calculated date” columns. Charge lines will not be generated for charge definitions with invalid dates. These must be corrected first.
If there are no charge definitions that meet the above criteria, a message will display, “All resident ledger charges have been generated.” On clicking ok, the screen will close.
