Details - General
Title
Type a synopsis of the issue. This field or the Details field is required to save a Work Order.
External Reference ID
If the Resident or the Corporate Client have a reference number, type this here. If there is not one currently available, it may be added at a later time.
Priority
Select the Priority for this Work Order.
Location
Select the Location for the Work Order.
Work Type
Select the Work Type for this Work Order. This is what controls the Escalation Levels. Selecting an incorrect work type will cause the Escalation Levels to
Status
Select the Status of the Work Order, or use the default which is In Progress.
Category
Select the Category of the Work Order.
Details
Enter the detailed information for the Work Order. Either this field or the Title is required to save the Work Order.
