Frequent Scenarios
There are scenarios where the Work Order that was placed with the External Assignee will take longer than the allowed amount of time to be completed. In this instance, it is acceptable to transfer the Resident to a new unit to satisfy the Work Order.
The Work Order associated with the reservation would then be closed immediately after the transfer. This would indicate to the Resident/Corporate Client that the appropriate action was taken to resolve the Work Order.
After closing the initial Work Order, a new Work Order should be created on the Unit so that the Unit issue may be resolved.
