Miscellaneous Cash
If the Security Deposit returned is exactly the amount that was initially posted, Miscellaneous Cash may be used.
From the Miscellaneous cash screen,
1. Select the Property Security Deposit account.
2. Select the Vendor associated with the Unit.
3. Select the Unit.
4. Post.
5. Failure to not select any of the three above items will NOT remove the Security Deposit from the Property Security Deposit account.
