Overlapping Process
If another user is in the Batch Posting screen with the same filters selected, the following error will be returned. When the Batch Posting screen is accessed, the user accessing the screen, the time and date and filter options are saved in a table in the Oscar database. This record is only removed from the table when the user clicks to exit the Batch Posting screen. For this reason, exit the Batch Posting screen prior to exiting the Oscar application.
Override : If the user has access to override, the option will be displayed on the Overlapping Process screen. Only use this option if the reported user is not accessing the Batch Posting screen. This could allow for duplicating of payables. After Override is selected, click Retrieve.
