Statement Balance : This is the ending balance of the Bank Statement.
Begin Balance : Beginning Balance of the Bank Statement.
Amount to Clear : This is the Statement Balance (Ending Balance) minus the Begin Balance.
Bank Charge : Any Bank Charges posted using the Reconciliation Header.
Bank Interest : Any Bank Interest posted using the Reconciliation Header.
Cleared Debits : This is the sum of all cleared Debits.
Cleared Credits : This is the sum of all cleared Credits.
Total Cleared : This is the sum of all cleared Debits and Credits.
Left to Clear : This is the remaining balance of Debits and Credits that need to be cleared to meet the ending balance. This MUST be zero to Reconcile.
As items are cleared (selected) on the reconciliation;
Cleared Debits will increase, cleared Credits will reduce. The Total Cleared will automatically update to the Debits minus the Credits.
The Left to clear will auto update to show the Statement Balance minus Total Cleared.
