Service Start Order Dates
Manage ordering services for multiple units that have been added to the database from this screen. Track the actual dates that the service is initiated or terminated, the dates that the service order is placed and the Oscar log-in user that entered the records.
Select filters that make sense based on what is being ordered. Example: filter the screen by the utility vendor, order the services via email, fax or phone and then update the ordered and service start dates for each unit.
Unit service order documents may be added to the database.
From the Management screen, click on a unit id. This action goes to the actual unit where unit documents can be accessed and emailed to the service vendor.
· Filter the screen by Market
· Filter by Vendor
· Filter by Status – Service Start thru (not ordered)
· Thru – defaults to today’s date. All units that have contract start dates thru today’s date that do not have a Start ordered date selected will be retrieved into the grid.
Note: change the thru date to a future date to retrieve units that have contract start dates in the future. Example: 10 units have been added with contract start dates of 1/1/2012. Enter 1/1/2012 for the thru date to retrieve these units. Understanding your vendor notice requirements will assist with how far in advance thru dates are needed.
