Service Stop Order Dates
Manage ordering disconnects and/or service pickups within the date range required by your service vendor providers.
· Filter the screen by Market
· Filter by Vendor
· Filter by Status – Service Stop thru (not ordered)
· Thru – defaults to today’s date. All units that have contract end dates thru today’s date that do not have a Stop ordered date selected will be retrieved into the grid.
Note: change the thru date to a future date to retrieve units that have contract end dates in the future. Example: 10 units are being broken down have been added with contract end dates of 4/30/2025. Enter 4/30/2025 for the thru date to retrieve these units. Understanding your vendor notice requirements will assist with how far in advance thru dates are needed.
