Setup a Refundable Security Deposit
Utilize this feature by creating an Other Charge in Settings > Other Charges. In order to use this function, the Other Charge must have the revenue account reference the G/L account for resident security deposits Oscar default is 21010. This Required account must be used to facilitate G/L Postings to the Liability account as well as report on the Resident Security Deposit Report.
