Refundable Security Deposits

Using an Other Charge, this feature allows the User to invoice the guest for a security deposit. There is a separate ledger that will hold the balance of this deposit, allowing the User to charge damages, etc. The Security Deposit Refunds report lists Security Deposit amounts due to residents, as well as the corresponding dates for payment.
