This report is located under Management > Unit > Unit Lease Expiration. This report indicates Unit lease obligation dates and is used to manage vacancy loss.. This report alerts to renew or forfeit a Unit based on the Unit expiration information.
Sort By
Select Unit Type, Lease End Date, Renewal Date or Notice Date. Then select ascending or descending order.
Report Criteria
Using all, none, or a combination of the system filters in the Report Criteria section, the User can create a comprehensive Unit Lease Expiration report.
