Unit Key Data
This report is located under Management > Unit > Unit Key Data. The Unit Data-Check report should be used immediately after setting up new Units and when changing existing Units. This report provides the User with tools to maintain the integrity of the Unit data.
Report
Select the type of data required; Unit/Contract/Costs, Unit Only, Contract/Costs Only or Property.
Unit Criteria
Using all, none, or a combination of the system filters in the Unit Criteria section, the User can create a comprehensive Unit Data report.
Example: Filter by Active Units and Non-Stats to look for Units that might be incorrect.
