Unit Projected Profit
The Total of all Unit Direct Cost lines will be displayed in the Unit Currency. This is the first Total or the (CAD) Total in the example.
To view the current exchange rate, hover over the Base Currency. The Total in the Base Currency (exchange rate X Unit Total) will be listed below the Unit Currency Total. This is the second Total, or the (USD) Total in the example.
The Projected Profit will take the Rent Potential amount and subtract the Base Currency Total amount.
