Categories
Categories are the area of work being completed for the Work Order. Categories might consist of Air Conditioner, Dishwasher or Toilet. Since they are associated with Escalation Levels, the list might instead be swapped with Work Types. Categories would then be Fix, Replace, Swap, Etc. Enter Categories based on the opposite list selected for Work Types.
New Category
Select 
to create a new Category.
to create a new Category.Enter the name of the Category.
Select Submit to save the Category.
Edit a Category
Click the specific Category to edit to open the Edit Category Type window.
Delete a Category
Select
