Completing a Work Order

The Work Order may be marked as complete by editing the Work Order and selecting the Completed status from the Status list. Upon saving the record, the Work Order will be marked as completed. Or, the Work order may be marked completed by selecting the “Mark as Complete” button in the top right corner of the Work Order screen. Using this option, the user will be prompted to with a popup message that reads, "Would you like to mark this work order complete? Completed work orders may not be edited."  Selecting “Yes” option will then give you an option to add a note to the Completed Work Order.
