Consents
ACH consents must be created for any resident that wishes to use their bank to pay for their reservation charges. When an ACH Consent is created, the resident’s bank information is stored on Easy Pay’s PCI compliant server. The ACH Consent is then valid for 1 year from Consent creation.
There are two different methods to add an ACH Consent to a resident ledger:
1. Manually entering information onto the resident ledger
2. Email ACH Consent Capture.
