Life Cycle of a Multi-Reservation Tenancy
The following steps contain the ‘life cycle’ for a multi-reservation tenancy.
· Create a Transfer Reservation
· Commit the Transfer Reservation or
· Roll Back the Transfer Reservation
· Invoice and apply payments for the Committed Transfer Reservation
There are many rules and protections in the application that maintain tenancy integrity for arrival / departure and bill from and bill to dates, billing rates, other charges, payments as well as tasks.
Typically, if a user attempts to perform an operation in a reservation that would cause an erroneous record or overlap dates, etc., the system will prompt the user as to why the action cannot, or should not be performed.
