Rollback Transfer

This option will undo the Transfer confirmation, and reverts the Reservation to its initial state.
 
If the user opts to roll back the transfer reservation, the system will first check to make sure it is the last reservation in the tenancy, and then check to make sure that the reservation immediately preceding it (departure date = arrival date of the transfer reservation) can be extended to the departure date of the transfer reservation being rolled-back (i.e., the unit of the preceding reservation has the requisite availability).
 
If the unit meets the “last reservation” and the availability requirements, the following takes place automatically:
·     The departure date of the preceding reservation is changed to the departure date of the transfer being rolled back
·     All tasks based solely or partly on departure date will automatically adjust on the preceding reservation based on this new departure date
·     All fixed date tasks in the roll-back reservation will be added to the preceding reservation
·     All records for the roll-back reservation will be deleted (Tasks, Resident Charge for Rent, Resident, Reservation, and finally, the record in the Transfer table.) 
 
If the unit does not meet the availability requirements, the user will be informed that the selected transfer reservation may not be rolled back.
 
However, if the status is less than checked in, it may be moved (as opposed to transferred) to another unit that does have the required availability. If the status is greater than checked in, the user may change the reservation status to the first status to facilitate a move.
