First checked-in status
Select the first “Checked in” status. Reservations will only be available to move if the status is less than the status selected here.
Automatically move revenue to new unit
After the Reservation is moved, a Journal Entry will automatically be created that moves the rent revenue from the original unit to the new unit. The Journal Entry will Debit the revenue account for the original unit, and Credit the revenue account for the new unit.
The Journal Entry will post on the date and period that the Reservation is moved. The reference number for the Journal Entry will be the invoice number.
