Tasks on Reservations
Changing Units
If user moves a reservation to another unit, the assigned tasks move with the reservation and all tasks are updated.
Cancelled Reservations
When a Reservation is cancelled, a prompt will ask the user “Cancel all pending tasks for this reservation?” If the User selects “Yes”, all tasks associated with this reservation will be marked Cancelled regardless of the current status of the tasks. If the User selects “No”, all tasks remain scheduled and upon rebooking the reservation the Tasks will update to the new Unit.
