Tasks
Use this feature in Oscar Orion to schedule a reminder for a certain event, or list of events. Task dates are Dynamic when scheduled using the Reservation Arrival and Departure dates or the Unit start and End dates as these dates often change throughout the life of the Reservation and/or Unit. When Tasks are scheduled on a specific date, they are Fixed.
Access to scheduling is provided in the following screens Reservation, Unit, Vendor, and Corporate Client, or directly from the main program screen through the Tasks Scheduler.
