Custom Export
The Custom Export Module is a separate module that is available for purchase from Software Answers.
This Module allows users to quickly and easily export selected reservation and invoice data into spreadsheets. These spreadsheets can be generated for individual clients, or can be used internally.
A spreadsheet “template” is created by selecting fields from a list containing over 100 standard Oscar fields, plus all Reservation Custom Fields that have been set up, as well as Custom Fields for Resident Ledgers and Units. Once a template has been created, Users may access it in the same way they access regular reservation and A/R reports in Oscar. Select from a complete range of filtering options, including filtering by custom fields, and export the data.
Spreadsheets generated through the Custom Export Module are fully formatted and contain complete header information, a description of any filters used, and all data is pre-formatted based on data type.
