Work Types
Work Types are the type of work being completed for the Work Order. Work Types might consist of Fix, Replace, Swap, Etc. Since they are associated with Escalation Levels, the list might instead be swapped with Categories. Work Types would then be Air Conditioner, Dishwasher or Toilet. An Escalation Level may be selected per Work Types on the Corporate Client record. The list of Escalation Levels will apply to each Work Type entered. Based on Work Types being associated with Escalation Levels, enter the Work Types.
New Work Type
Select 
to create a new Work Type.

Select Submit to save the Work Type.
Edit a Work Type

Since Work Types cannot be deleted, they must be Inactivated instead. Select 
to move the Work Type to the Inactive column.
