Document Templates
Create templates to generate documents from within the Reservation or Unit screen. Documents generated from the Reservation or Unit will automatically merge detail from fields within those screens by selecting these fields on the template (Guest Name, Arrival Date, Rental Rate, Unit info, etc.). These documents, along with invoices, can be emailed to Guests.
Please contact Software Answers if any additions have been made to Custom Fields. The database structure will need to be updated in order to facilitate Custom Fields as Merge Fields in Document Templates if the new Custom Field needs to be a merge field.
